Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time setup fee (£99 for Starter, £149 for Pro) covers design and build. After that, just the flat monthly price.
When does my subscription start?
30 days after your site goes live — not the day you pay the setup fee. You get a full month to see it working before your first monthly payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel with one month's notice and your site stays live until the end of that period.
Do I own my website?
Yes. If you ever want to move elsewhere, we'll hand over all the files. It's yours.
How long does it take?
We aim for 3 days from the moment you send us your details. Sometimes faster.
What if I need changes?
Monthly updates are included. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it within 48 hours.
Do you work outside the UK?
We're UK-based and prices are in GBP, but we work with beauty businesses anywhere.
