  1. Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to receive a tattoo at Ink & Soul. Valid photo ID will be required at your appointment. We will not tattoo anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
  2. Deposit & payment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is confirmed at consultation and deducted from your final session cost. Full payment is required at the end of each session.
  3. Cancellation & rescheduling. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings.
  4. Design & custom artwork. Custom artwork created by our artists remains the intellectual property of Ink & Soul until the session is paid in full. We reserve the right to decline requests for designs that are offensive, hateful, or conflict with our studio values.
  5. Aftercare responsibility. Proper aftercare is essential to the longevity and quality of your tattoo. Written aftercare instructions are provided; adherence is your responsibility. Touch-ups required due to neglected aftercare may incur a charge.
  6. Copyright & references. Reference images provided must be cleared for use by the client. We will not directly copy another artist's existing tattoo design. All original artwork by our artists is protected by copyright.
  7. Health & medical conditions. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. Certain conditions may prevent us from tattooing you safely. We reserve the right to refuse a session on health grounds.
  8. Photography & promotion. We photograph our work for portfolio and social media. By booking with us you consent to your tattoo (not your face) being used for promotional content. You may opt out by informing your artist before the session.
